- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 small can diced green chiles, optional
- Mash up hearts with spoon.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, stir well.
- Microwave on 50℅ power until heated, about 8 minutes.
- Serve with crackers or corn chips.
