- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 to 2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
- 16 oz. can tomatoes
- 2 or 3 cabbage leaves
- garlic to taste
- 2 carrots
- 2 green onions
- soup bone (opt)
- Wrap 2 carrots in paper towels and wet. Micro on high 2 minutes until soft (1 1/2 min for 1)
- Put onions, carrots, celery and cabbage in a 3.5 quart covered casserole. Cook 5 min on high.
- Cook & drain.
- Drain tomatoes & cut into small chunks. Add to veggies.
- Add 1/2 cup water and bouillon, stir to combine.
- Micro on high 30-35 minutes, covered.
