Chocolate Sauce

Melt in a double boiler:

  • 1 cup chocolate chips 
  • 1/2 cup butter
Slowly add:
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup evaporated milk
Boil gently and stir about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and add 1 Tbsp. vanilla.
