- 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 cup orange juice, heated to boiling
- 2 Tbsp. sugar or honey (optional)
- In a medium bowl, mix gelatin with cold juice.
- Add hot juice and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved and stir in sugar.
- Pour into an 8" or 9" pan.
- Chill until firm. Cut into squares.
