Yield: 3 dozen
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups coconut
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
- Melt butter, remove from heat, add sugar and coconut. Mix well.
- Shape into balls. Make indentations in the center of each one and place on a cookie sheet.
- Fill centers with melted chocolate.
- Chill until firm and store in the refrigerator.
