- 1 1/4 lbs. chicken breast (2 large whole frying breasts, split, skinned, boned)
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Let stand 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with:
- 4 tsp. cornstarch
- 4 tsp. vegetable oil
Fold in:
- 1 unbeaten egg white
Stir fry rapidly with veggies, add sauce of choice.
Note: Total marinating time is 1 hour, 10 minutes.
