- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- Sift flour into bowl; add sugar & salt.
- Add eggs and milk gradually, stirring into well blended.
- Let stand 2 hours.
- Heat pan and butter well.
- Beat batter again, pour by tablespoons into sections of the plattar pan and fry on both sides until nicely brown.
- Place on a very hot platter and serve immediately with lingonberries.
