Sausage Muffins

  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained 
  • 2 cups self rising flour 
  • ½ stick butter, melted 
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 1 ½ c. Cheddar cheese 
Make a well in flour and add butter, egg and milk. Mix until blended. Stir in sausage and cheese. Bake in greased tins 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

These freeze well.
