Zucchini Bread

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350º for 1 hour.
