- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Mix flour, butter, and confectioner's sugar together, press into an 8" square pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350º.
- Beat the remaining ingredients together and pour over hot crust.
- Bake for an additional 25 minutes.
- Dust with confectioner's sugar.
- Cut into squares when cool.
