Watergate Salad

  • 3 oz. box instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 9 oz. Cool Whip
  1. Drain juice from the pineapple, heat it until warm.
  2. Dissolve pudding in juice.
  3. Let cool, then fold all ingredients together.
  4. Chill and serve.
