- 1 lb. spinach (washed & trimmed)
- 8 slices bacon (fried crispy)
- 3 hard cooked eggs (chopped)
- 3 oz. bean sprouts
Dressing:
- 1 cup oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
- 1 medium onion (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Chill.
Combine dressing and all salad ingredients and serve immediately.
