Italian Sausage
Source: Frugal Gourmet
1 lb. coursely ground pork
1 tsp. ground fennel
1 crushed bay leaf
2 tbsp. parsley
2-3 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. cracked red peppers
1 tsp. salt
pepper
1 tbsp. water
Mix well. Let sit in frig for 2 hours, then remix.
Form into patties or meatballs, cook.
