Italian Sausage

  • 1 lb. coursely ground pork
  • 1 tsp. ground fennel
  • 1 crushed bay leaf
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 2-3 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. cracked red peppers
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp. water
Mix well. Let sit in frig for 2 hours, then remix.
Form into patties or meatballs, cook.
