Serves: 6-8
Combine:
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 3 tbsp. A-1 Sauce
- 4 oz. tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 cup dry bread crumbs (can sub oatmeal for part)
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 4 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp. A-1 Sauce
- Press meat mixture into a loaf pan and spread the sauce over the top.
- Bake at 400º for 1 hour.
