- 1 lb. ground beef (or 2" strips beef)
- 2 stalks celery (with leaves)
- 1 large onion
- 1 to 2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
- 16 oz can tomatoes
- 3-4 whole cabbage leaves
- garlic to taste
- 2 carrots
- 2-3 green onions
- soup bone (opt)
- Wrap 2 carrots in paper towel and wet. Microwave on high 2 minutes. (1 1/2 minutes for one)
- Put onions, cooked carrots, celery, and cabbage leaves in a 3 1/2 quart covered casserole. Cook 5 minutes on high.
- Heat browner for 5 minutes. Brown meat and return to oven for 2-3 minutes. Drain grease.
- Drain tomatoes and cut into small chunks and add to veggies.
- Add 1/2 cup water and bouillon.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Microwave on high for 30-35 minutes. (Covered)
